It was studied and developed by the engineer Luigi Papi and presented in 1962. The concept of this version is to be compared to the habits of the time, in the 1960s a family car (today’s station wagon) was considered as a work tool and not as a real car, that’s why this version was created. Autobianchi uses the 499.5 cc Fiat 500 engine with 18 horsepower and the main components of the Fiat 110 F.
Only 38500 units were produced, there are few left in good condition, our new unit delivered to Macerata in southern Italy was spared from corrosion which is the number one enemy at the time of these Italian bodywork. The 107902 chassis is perfectly preserved and will be delivered with its Italian documents and a technical inspection.
