The Montreal is an unique two-seater sports car from 1970s. The car had its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show in 1970, three years after a similar prototype was shown at the 1967 Montreal World's Fair.
Equipped with a 2593 cc eight-cylinder engine, a milder version of a competition engine, the car was good for 220 hp. The V8 had two overhead camshafts per cylinder row and a Spica injection system. All this was coupled to a five-speed gearbox from ZF. T
The body was designed by Marcello Gandini, who at the time worked for the design firm Bertone.
Car Description
This car is a fantastic recent complete restored (body and technical) example of an iconic car. The orange exterior color and its black interior fully represents the 1970's and suits this car very well . One of the few models fitted with a 8 cilinder engine in the Alfa Romeo family. The car drives and handles almost like a modern sportscar.
