Aston Martin's mission seems simple: "To create a bond between driver and sports car so deep and strong that it becomes addictive. Ever since their founding in 1913, this brand has been known for its success in racing with classy and timeless design.

The Aston Martin DBS is one of the brand's best-known models. Produced between 2007 and 2012, it succeeded the flagship 'Vanquish S'. The DBS was first seen by the general public during its starring role in the world-famous James Bond film 'Casino Royale' in 2006. Filming was done with prototypes since the car was not yet in production, but Aston Martin's words were very clear: 'The DBS is explosive power in evening wear. It has its own unique character to match that of James Bond.' In the subsequent "Quantum of Solace," the DBS returned, this time in a dark gray metallic jacket called "Quantum silver. The 2009 Geneva Motor Show unveiled the convertible version, the DBS Volante.

Of the regular DBS, 2 536 cars were made, but the Volante, however, is a rare sight with only 845 units produced!

This 2010 Aston Martin DBS Volante was delivered new in Belgium and is offered first hand. The car is finished in timeless Quantum silver metallic, complemented by magnificent brown leather interior and beautiful carbon fiber trim all around. The sophisticated option list attests to a true enthusiast configuration;

Quantum Gray Metallic
Brown full leather interior
Embroidered DBS logo in headrest
20" alloy wheels
Carbon ceramic brakes
Black painted brake calipers
Adaptive suspension
Cruise control
Parking sensors
Heated seats
Bang & Olufson 1000W Hi-Fi system, with bluetooth & USB
Carbon diffuser
...
As you can see, the car is in extremely good condition, this is definitely not a car that has had a hard life. Since delivery in 2010, the car has always been maintained by the official Aston Martin dealer 'Michiels' in Antwerp. It goes without saying that this Volante comes with a fully stamped service book, the last service having been performed less than a year ago!

The performance of the DBS is very similar to that of the newer model, but the 2010 V12 DBS sounds like no other. Back then, little consideration was given to emissions standards and exhaust filters such as the OPF, which means that many enthusiasts now prefer older models without these filters and mufflers, since this pure sound takes the driving experience to another level. This beautiful convertible is enjoying growing popularity as the DBS has already achieved collector's item status.

A V12-powered Aston Martin Convertible in this magnificent livery is less than rare, but now this Quantum-silver Aston Martin DBS Volante is available from Rock 'N Roll Classics!
